Kutsugake Sake Brewery is located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, famous for Yukimura Sanada.
The brewery was founded in the Edo Genroku era (1688-1704) and has been brewing sake for more than 300 years along the Kitakuni Kaido, between the Chikuma River and Mt Kyokuzo (1077 m above sea level).
Today, the brewery is run by a brother president and a toji, both in their 30s.
Fukufuku Muryoku Dry is brewed with rice and water from Nagano Prefecture and is a dry sake with a high sake content.
Even though it is dry, the sake has a clear, dry taste with a strong umami flavour. The dryness increases when drunk cold, and the flavour increases as it approaches room temperature. It is a sake that goes well with a variety of dishes.
This brand is loved locally as a good partner for home cooking.

Taste data for everyone.
