This boutique brewery is located in Azumino, a region famous for its limpid spring water and rich countryside at the foot of the Northern Alps, the roof of Japan. The brewery's Toji brewers, who are also leading organic farmers, use traditional methods to brew sake only during the cold season from rice organically grown in the brewery's own rice fields. Kuradashi Azumino is a matured sake with a robust, thick flavour.

It is produced in limited quantities and is sought after by sake connoisseurs the world over.

Taste data for everyone.
