The small sake brewery Mine-no-setsu Sake Brewery in Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture, is one of the youngest sake breweries in Kitakata, having split off from the Yamato Nishiki Brewery in the Showa period. The "Yamato-ya Zennai", which has been handed down from generation to generation from the main family, has been renewed for the modern version. In particular, the special junmai has a milder aroma and flavour so that the taste of the rice can be felt.
