The Mine-no-setsu brewery produces Yamatoya Zennai in Kitakata City in the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture. It is the youngest established sake brewery in Fukushima Prefecture and is a small sake brewery where everything is handmade. The Yamatoya Zennai Junmai Ginjo is a junmai ginjo made from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Kitakata and brewed with Fukushima Prefecture yeast. It is characterised by its gorgeous, mellow aroma and mouth-watering flavour.
