Located on the outskirts of Tokamachi City by the mountains, this brewery specialises in delicious sake. Tenjinbayashi is a song of celebration that has been sung in the Tsumari region for centuries. It has been sung at the opening of the brewery, rice planting, rice planting, construction and water filling. The sake Tenjinbayashi is an indispensable 'celebratory sake' for local festivities.
Ginrei is made from rice polished to 55% Gohyakumangoku (rice suitable for sake brewing) produced in Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture, and brewed at low temperatures to slowly bring out its full flavour. It is the brewery's signature ginjo-shu, with a refreshingly crisp flavour in the hot summer months.
