Located in Ojiya City, nestled along the mountains in the heart of Niigata Prefecture and surrounded by deep snow and nature, we are dedicated to brewing sake using underground spring water (soft water) sourced from the high mountains of Echigo.

‘Echigo no Kanchūbai: Rich and Savoury’ is a junmai sake that offers a harmonious balance of umami, crispness and acidity, ensuring it never becomes tiresome to drink. Packed with the rich flavour of rice, it delivers a robust, satisfying taste, perfectly rounded off by a pleasant acidity in the finish.
It can be enjoyed across a wide range of temperatures: chilled, at room temperature, warmed or on the rocks.

Taste data for everyone.
