The brewery was founded in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku, surrounded by the sea, in 1914, 108 years ago.
In the gentle bounty of nature in the Seto Inland Sea, the brewery uses the subsoil water (medium-hard water) of Mount Takanawa, which rises behind the brewery, as its brewing water, which is ideal for making sharp, dry sake, which is why many Yukisaku is characterised by its light, dry sake.
This is a normal sake, which is sweeter than most of the light, dry sake made by Yukijaku. It has a deep, original sake flavour and a smooth taste. It is also suitable for heating up, so enjoy the taste and aroma that change depending on the temperature.
