The brewery is located on the southernmost shore of Kumihama Bay, and its sake is named Kumi no Ura because of the panoramic view of the bay from the brewery. The junmai and ginjo sake brewed by the brewery's master brewer, Tatsuro Kakimoto, is loved not only in Japan but also by people overseas. Kumi no Ura's standard and long-selling sake. It has a simple, traditional taste that never gets old and can be enjoyed cold or warmed up. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and its wide range of compatibility with food is one of the reasons why it has been so well-loved. This is a product where you can really feel the traditional and reliable skills of the brewery.
