Founded in 1688, this is one of the oldest sake breweries in Okayama Prefecture. The brewery's philosophy is to make sake from rice grown locally in Okayama Prefecture. Gin-sen Dry Kuchi is a dry honjozo sake made from Okayama-grown akebono rice. It is characterised by its mild aroma and clean taste and is recommended to be drunk cold or warmed up.
