Founded 306 years ago, this Aizu brewery has been in business since after the Boshin War under the trade name Hanaharu, in order to "restore a feeling of springtime harmony, as bright as a flower". Our company is equipped with its own rice mill and our employees manage the rice. This product has a milling ratio of 55% and is in the Junmai Ginjo class, but we dare to market it as Tokusen Junmai. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to warmed sake, and is recommended for roast beef, yakitori and other meat dishes.
