Booze is a living thing. Every year is new. Sake is made with the help of micro-organisms, and good sake can only be made by hand, with a lot of care and attention put into it day and night. Kunitaki Sake Brewery makes full use of the techniques of the Izumo Toji tradition, and brews sake in an authentic handmade way using a traditional steamer, koji lid, koji box and sake tank.
Kunitaki RED has a pleasant fruity aroma and a well-balanced taste with a soft sweetness and refreshing acidity, making it an excellent product that you can drink every night and never get tired of drinking. The label is made of Kyoto's Nishijin brocade.
