Junmai-shu (pure rice wine) that is light and refreshing to drink.

It is made from a Shimane sake rice called Kannomai. Kannomai has a strong umami flavour, so this sake has a strong umami taste, but with an alcohol content of 14%, it is light and pleasant to drink. Enjoy it at your favourite temperature - chilled, at room temperature or warmed.

Enjoy it with your favourite snacks, such as grilled fish, smoked cheese or grilled prawns, as it goes with basically anything.

The Li Bai Brewery was founded in 1882. The aim is to create a full-bodied, crisp sake that is delicious as a mid-meal drink and 'easy to drink', and the company began exporting 25 years ago, and today its long-selling Junmai Ginjo, which is representative of Li Bai, is loved around the world. Please enjoy the global sake Li Bai.
