The brewery was founded in 1753 in Toyomura Noda and has continued to produce sake that is loved by the local people. Fortunately blessed with rice and water (from the Hino River subsoil), successive generations of brewers have devoted themselves to sake brewing and have delivered high quality sake.
The brewery's honjozo is made from 100% Fukui rice and is characterised by its sweet, clean and elegant taste. It can be used as an all-purpose daily evening sake, from cold to warmed sake.
