It was founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) and is located in Rokkaichi-cho, at the southern end of Nagaoka City. The taste is not the 'light and dry' typical of Niigata, but rather a delicious, slightly sweet-tasting sake. It tastes good chilled, but even better warmed up. Please enjoy it.
