The brewery uses local Hakusan subterranean water, Tengu no Shimizu, as brewing water, and uses rice grown in collaboration with local farmers or by the brewery staff themselves.

Yukikage has a fruity, light acidity in harmony with the savoury flavour of the koji. It is a variant that is consumed more in the USA and other countries than in Japan, and is popular for its friendly flavour reminiscent of apple marzipan.
It is easy to match with a variety of dishes, so enjoy it with Japanese food, casual Western food, pasta and other combinations as you wish.
