The Uonuma Sake Brewery is located on the outskirts of Tokamachi City, near the mountains, and is dedicated to producing delicious sake. Tenjinbayashi is a song of celebration that has been sung in the Echigo-Tsumari region for centuries. It has been sung at the opening of the brewery, rice planting, rice planting, construction and water filling. The sake 'Tenjinbayashi' is well known as the 'celebratory sake' essential for local celebrations.
Among these, the new 'Jomon no Koibito' is a sake brewed from rice suitable for sake brewing 'Gohyakumangoku' from Tokamachi, Niigata, polished to 55% and brewed to bring out its full flavour, characterised by a fine flavour and a good aftertaste. It has a well-balanced flavour and goes well with a variety of foodstuffs.
