Sake has been produced in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, since 1860. Although it is a small brewery, all products are meticulously made in accordance with ginjo sake. It is characterised by a unique sake quality that is both light and soft. The Honjozo is the essence of Chiyonomikari's sake brewing. It is a refined sake made from 56% polished rice, which can be described as ginjo-shu, and has the original flavour of the rice. It is a versatile sake that can be enjoyed at room temperature or lukewarm.
