The Sasashuku Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that has been operating for 120 years in the Nishikan area in the far west of Niigata City. The brewery has been steadily working on the creation of a new sake culture while producing traditional regional lifestyle sake.
Niigata Mark is the standard sake when it comes to Sasazuku, and is a much-loved local sake in the local Nishigamaku area of Niigata City. It is a dry sake with five distinct flavours that you won't get tired of drinking every day.
