Tsunan Brewery is a hidden brewery deep in the mountains, where neither domestic water nor mobile phone reception reaches. The brewery uses spring water from one of the country's most heavily snow-covered areas, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, produced by the abundant snow-melt water and 2,000-metre-high mountains.
The brewery is located in an unexplored region where water for daily use does not reach, so all washing and drinking water is natural spring water.
The brewery is located deep in the mountains, where there is no radio signal, and the brewery staff work quietly and diligently to produce sake with an overall clean taste, which is a characteristic of Tsunan.
GO VINO has a fruity, white wine-like flavour with just the right amount of acidity.
You will want to match it with Western food and sweets.
Please drink it well chilled.
