Located on the outskirts of Tokamachi City by the mountains, this brewery specialises in delicious sake. Tenjinbayashi is a song of celebration that has been sung in the Tsumari region for centuries. It has been sung at the opening of the brewery, rice planting, rice planting, construction and water filling. The sake Tenjinbayashi is well-known as an essential 'celebratory sake' for local festivities.
This is a special honjozo brew made with the best of the best, with the koji rice and koji rice polished to 55% and the kake rice polished to 60%. It is a highly polished sake with a rich, flavourful taste. It is the most widely drunk sake in the local area and is the very face of the brewery.
