Tanaka Sake Brewery was founded in 1643 and is located in front of Tanihama Station on the Echigo Tokimeki Railway, with the Sea of Japan in front and steep mountains behind. It is locally known as 'sake for sake drinkers' and is a dry sake with richness, flavour and sharpness, which goes well with meals and is not boring to drink.
