DHC Sake Brewery was founded in 1908 as Oguro Sake Brewery and has continued to brew sake in Kita-ku, Niigata City (formerly Toei City) since the company changed its name in 2016.DHC Sake Brewery is recommended for its lovely shop, Kayama-tei. You can experience sake drinking at a very reasonable price and enjoy your drink in a nice small room at a leisurely pace. It is also open on weekends, so why not visit?
Asahi Haru Kaisen was awarded the highest gold medal in the hot sake category of the National Heated Sake Contest 2020.
Launched in 1918, it has been a favourite local evening sake in Toyoei for over 100 years. The name 'mellow' is apt. Soft on the palate, with a sharpness through the throat and a gentle, delicate aroma. Try it at your favourite temperature.
