Sado is an island recognised as a World Agricultural Heritage site for its farming methods that aim to coexist in harmony with living organisms, with a focus on reduced use of agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilisers. The Obata Sake Brewery has been brewing sake here for 130 years under the banner of 'Shiho Wajo', which means 'brewing in harmony with the four treasures' - rice, water and people, plus Sado Island, which nurtures them. In recent years, the company has actively adopted the SDGs concept, including the use of rice certified as 'Toki to Kurashizukuri no Sato Zukuri' and the introduction of renewable energy, in pursuit of its corporate philosophy of 'Kouzou Shin' (brewing happiness by brewing sake).
Manotsuru Maime Junmai Sake has a mild, fruit-like aroma, with a gentle sweetness and voluptuous umami on the palate, which is complemented by a smooth acidity. From hot to cold sake. A junmai sake that you will want to drink a little every day for a long time. Enjoy it every day, MY MY MY = at your own pace, MY MY MY = at your own pace, MY MY MY = slowly.
The brewery's recommendation is 0°C to 55°C. Enjoy it at the temperature of your choice.
