Established in 1843, Kirinzan Sake Brewery is one of Niigata's leading light, dry breweries. The brewery is committed to brewing sake with a dry taste and local roots, for example by growing rice 100% grown in Okuaga and by planting trees to protect the mountains.
Kirinzan Traditional Dry is a light and dry sake. After all, the usual! and is the starting point and representative brand of Kirinzan sake, popular for its sharpness and a taste that never gets old.
It is an everyday sake locally known by the nickname 'Denkara'.
Recommended temperatures are 10°C, 20°C and 55°C.
