Inomata Sake Brewery brews all its sake with local Hayakawa Valley sake rice, water and air, which the brewers have carefully cultivated under the theme 'Modern expression of tradition: neo-classic'. Sake in everyday life. The brewery aims to create a local sake that is loved by the public.
Tsukifumi no Ike Seishu uses 100% locally grown rice from the Hayakawa Valley. The aim is to make ordinary sake tasty and beautiful. This has not changed since 1953. It is a steadfast, high-level standard sake that not only never gets old, but also becomes more and more delicious the more you drink it.
The brewery recommends a temperature of 8-45°C.
