A sake brewery that has been operating for 120 years in the Nishikan area in the far west of Niigata City. It is an enterprising sake brewery that challenges the creation of a new sake culture while producing traditional regional lifestyle sake.
Sasa Sake is a pure rice sake brewed using the classic 'kimoto' brewing method, which utilises natural lactic acid bacteria living in the brewery. It has a gentle aroma and a thick, pleasant acidity. Junmai sake with a unique charm.
The recommended temperature in the brewery is 15-55°C.
