This year marks the 124th anniversary of the founding of the Fukukai Sake Brewery. The brewery started its business in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, under the trade name 'Usuya'.
Today, it is the only brewery of its kind in Sanjo.
The corporate logo of the Fukukai Sake Brewery is Ebisu, the god of good fortune. The company's philosophy is that it wants everyone who drinks its sake to smile.
