It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures: chilled in the fridge, room temperature or lukewarm.

The name 'Taka-no-i' is derived from the 'Taka' of Takanashi, the old location, and the 'I' of the well, which is the lifeblood of sake brewing along with rice.
