The Echigo Sake Brewery is a handmade brewery in an authentic low-temperature environment that remains committed to rice, water, people and climate.
Echino Yatsuhoyo was named after the '8' of the name of the brewery's founding, Hatta Shuzo, and the 'Yutaka' of the name of the region, Houei. The brand name was created in the hope that both the customers and the brewery would become prosperous in the years to come.
Koshinohatoyo Daiginjo is a daiginjo sake with a rich, fruity aroma and delicate flavour.
