The brewery has been operating in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, for 170 years since 1850. The brewery is run by three brothers and three veteran brewers, who brew sake in the old-fashioned, careful way. We are constantly striving to improve on our traditions and make even better local sake. Naozane Junmai Ginjo is an ALL-Saitama sake, with water, rice and yeast all produced in Saitama Prefecture. It has a full-bodied flavour that draws out the umami and sweetness of the rice. When served cold, you can enjoy its gentle sweetness and gorgeousness, and when warmed, the flavour of the rice becomes more intense.
