Established in 1753.
A small, family-run brewery in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, famous for its glasses.
The 12th head of the family, Katsumune Sasaki, is the brewery's master brewer.
In addition to traditional sake brewing, the brewery is also taking on new challenges, such as sparkling sake, single-stage brewing and juusui brewing, in search of new sake flavours.
We are constantly striving to bring you sake that is fun, interesting and makes you smile.

≪The dry junmai ginjo-shu is brewed exclusively with gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stones) from Fukui Prefecture.
It is characterised by its moderately fragrant ginjo aroma and mild dry taste.
It is recommended to be drunk chilled.
