Kutsugake Sake Brewery is located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, famous for Yukimura Sanada.
The brewery was founded in the Edo Genroku era (1688-1704) and has been brewing sake for 310 years along the Kitakuni Kaido road, between the Chikuma River and Mt Kyokuzo (1077 m above sea level).
Today, the brewery is run by a brother president and a brother toji, both in their 30s.
The Fukumuku Junmai Ginjo is made from 100% rice grown in Nagano Prefecture and is a ginjo type sake with a gorgeous aroma.
It is a food sake with a gorgeous aroma and a clean, easy-to-drink mouthfeel, but with a robust rice flavour.
Enjoy it cold with a glass of sake to enjoy its fruity aroma and taste even more.
