The brewery is located in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and produces sake in an area blessed with subsoil water from the Hakusan Mountains and suitable rice for sake brewing. The brewery was founded at the end of the Edo period (Keio 1) and has long been characterised by sake with a pure rice flavour and little impurities. Kaga no Tsuki Gekko has a slightly mellow mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it. It can also be enjoyed cold to warmed with different tastes.
