The brewery was founded in 1753 in Toyomura Noda and has continued to produce sake that is loved by the local people. Fortunately blessed with rice and water (from the Hino River subsoil), successive generations of brewers have devoted themselves to sake brewing and have delivered high quality sake.

This ginjo-shu is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Fukui Prefecture. It has a dry, refreshing taste and can be drunk in large gulps. It has a crisp flavour and is recommended to be drunk especially cold.
