Brewed by Niigata-based brewery Takano Shuzo, founded in 1897, this daiginjo is made from 100% Niigata rice and has a gorgeous aroma and soft taste.
The Echigo Toji (master brewer) has carefully crafted this sake to achieve the right balance between aroma and flavour.
This daiginjo goes well with both seafood and mountain food, and is truly a daiginjo to be enjoyed with meals.
It is a daiginjo-shu to be enjoyed on special occasions such as small celebrations and meals with friends.
