Founded in 1718, this historic Aizu brewery has been in business for over 300 years; to celebrate its 300th anniversary, this series was created with a focus on customer demand. Yubame no Kanade is a brand that expresses the wish that new buds and flowers will bloom, and that many buds of hope will grow and bear fruit. The rice is polished with great care by our employees in our own rice mills, which is one of our strengths, and polished to 50%, carefully and slowly at low temperatures so that the rice is not overpolished, thus bringing the flavour of the rice to life. Enjoy the mild and deep flavour of this fragrant, fruity, umami-guchi type.
