Under the slogan 'Local sake is culture', the Yamaoka Brewery contributes to a prosperous and proud local community. Yamaoka Sake Brewery is located in the northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, at an altitude of 350 metres, where the temperature varies widely, and works together with farmers from the production of sake rice to brewing, including the fantastic Kame-no-o rice, Omachi, Yamada-Nishiki and Shin-Senbon rice. Zuikan 'Kowappa' is a junmai ginjo sake made from 100% Kame-no-o rice. The dry taste is softly spread with a rounded flavour nurtured by long maturation. Enjoy it cold, at room temperature or warmed.
