A long-established sake brewery in Okayama Prefecture, founded in 1688. The city of Akaban in Okayama Prefecture, where our company is located, is the site of the nationally renowned Omachi rice for sake, and we have been brewing sake with Omachi rice for many years. The product we have just delivered is a junmai ginjo-shu made from 60% polished Omachi rice at our own rice milling plant. It is characterised by a subtle sweet ginjo aroma, with the sweetness of the malted rice spreading in the mouth at first, before the sweetness recedes in the mouth, making it a refreshing and slightly dry sake. Drink cold or at room temperature.
