This rice is made from the revived 'Gouriki Mai' (strong rice), a fantastic variety that was promoted by Tottori Prefecture before the war. Gouriki 50 has a full-bodied flavour and complements dishes on the table. It is ideal for dishes with ingredients rich in amino acids, such as crab and tuna, and for dishes that make the most of the flavours of the ingredients.
