The brewery brews all its sake with local Hayakawa Valley sake rice, water and air, which is carefully nurtured by the brewers under the theme 'Modern expression of tradition: a neo-classic'.

Tsukifumi no Ike Ginjo is a light, clean ginjo with a broad flavour and well-balanced aroma.
From 1 December 2020, it has been changed to a special honjozo and newly added to the line-up.
