A sake brewery that has been in existence for 120 years in the Nishikan area in the far west of Niigata City. The brewery has been steadily working on creating a new sake culture while producing traditional regional lifestyle sake.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Sake is fermented at low temperatures for a long time to bring out the aroma of the yeast to the fore. Junmai Ginjo-shu is a fruity yet elegant dry Junmai Ginjo-shu.
