This junmai ginjo sake is characterised by its gentle ginjo aroma and crisp, yet full flavour. In summer, cool it down to 5-10°C to let the rice flavour and richness come through smoothly down the throat, and warm it up to lukewarm to let the flavour expand even further and a sense of happiness spread through the mouth.
Winner of the Gold Award in the Gohyakumangoku category of the Kura Master 2021 sake competition.
