Hasegawa Brewery was established in 1842. Sake brewed by a female brewery is as soft and gentle on the palate as a feather, spreading smoothly over the mouth.
Tabineko is a collaboration with local illustrator Toshinori Mori.
This time, the design is based on the Nagaoka Fireworks, one of Japan's three largest fireworks displays, which will be held for the first time in three years. The cats watching the famous three-foot fireworks from a hilltop are a relaxing sight.
The fireworks display on 2 and 3 August will be so large that you will not be able to see it, so please come and see it.
Tabineko Nagaoka no Hanabi has a soft and delicate taste. It is a light, refreshing sake that goes down easily and can be enjoyed with any meal. The brewery recommends a cool, chilled sake.
