Yoshikawa Toji no Sato is a 'toji's hideaway', a place that has produced a large number of toji, using traditional sake brewing methods and rice grown in Niigata Prefecture's night-soil sake-growing area. It is also the location where the Niigata Prefecture Yoshikawa High School of Brewing and Fermentation, one of the few training schools for toji in Japan, has been operating for about 50 years.
Tenkeiraku Yamadanishiki is characterised by the gentle taste, aroma and elegance of Yamadanishiki. It is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Yoshikawa Ward, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, within the s district of crop production in Niigata Prefecture.
