Sake 'Rice 100 Bales' pursues the basics of sake brewing, using all locally grown sake rice and the limpid spring water that has been used since the brewery was founded as the brewing water, making the most of the local bounty and brewing sake together with nature. It is a small craft brewery in Niigata Prefecture, where the brewer is the master brewer.
The word 'rice 100 bales' is famous, but the sake is also a very tasty brand with a good reputation.
The Ginjo Gin no Yume has a clean aroma and a core of light dryness.
It can be enjoyed cold, of course, but also slightly warmed.
