The Oomon Sake Brewery continues to produce quality sake by utilising the good quality rice and water of the local city of Shinboda and the climate suitable for sake brewing.
Among these, Oomon Daiginjo Kyokushin 19 can be drunk as a 'luxurious Daiginjo soda-wari'. The extremely spicy Daiginjo with an alcohol content of 19° can be mixed with carbonic acid and enjoyed as an adult sake highball.
