Chiyo no Hikari Sake Brewery is a historic brewery that has been producing sake in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, since 1860.
Although it is a small brewery, it is characterised by its meticulous production, which is similar to that of all ginjo sake products.
Try the unique quality of the sake, with its lightness and softness.
Ginjo-zukuri is made from carefully selected rice polished to 45% and produced in the same way as daiginjo-style sake. A food-friendly ginjo-style sake with a restrained aroma. It enhances the taste of food.
The brewery recommends a temperature of 10-15°C.
