Inomata Sake Brewery brews all its sake with local Hayakawa Valley sake rice, water and air, which the brewers have carefully cultivated under the theme 'Modern expression of tradition: neo-classic'. Sake in everyday life. The aim is to create a local sake that is loved by the public.
Among them, Nunahime is the origin of junmai-brewed sake, which was created in 1964. It is a junmai ginjo sake with a smooth, round taste and a full-bodied flavour. It is bottle-fired and rapidly cooled to preserve the aroma.
The recommended temperature at the brewery is between 8°C and 45°C.
