One of the products of the 'Kambara' series 'Yamadanishiki', 'Gohyakumangoku' and 'Takananishiki', which are delicious from the first sip. It is made with a lot of time and care, with koji made in a small box, fermented at low temperature and squeezed into a sake bag. The sake is unfiltered, so even when it is dry, it has a sweetness, aromatic and full-bodied flavour. Takananishiki sake rice from a contract farm near the brewery is used.
