Tsunan Brewery is a hidden brewery deep in the mountains, where no domestic water or mobile phone signal reaches. It uses spring water from one of the country's most heavily snow-covered areas, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, produced by the abundant snow-melt water and 2,000-metre-high mountains.
The new brand Tsunan was created with the motif of an antelope as a "terroir sake", in which rice, water and people are all produced in Tsunan, with the aim of creating a future in harmony with nature. It is being offered to SAKEPOST members so that they can be among the first to try it.
Enjoy the gentle aroma, gentle mouthfeel and carefully brewed, full-flavoured junmai ginjo sake."
